As a top Realtor, I do not work alone! I have a whole team of people working in your best interests. Meet my team. In the year 2001 I decided to stretch my wings and take on two partners. Jackie Fiorillo - Realtor Jackie Fiorillo worked as my Administrative Assistant for 3 years and started working with me as a Realtor and part of the Camiliere Team on February 1st, 2001. She has worked at Re/Max Central as Administrative Assistant for a total of 25 years (with 2 years off and working at a mortgage company). Jackie and her husband Rich have lived in Streamwood for the past 30 years. Their son Jim married Kathie in June 2000 and have a 6 year old son, Joseph, a 3 year old daughter, Nina, and a 6 month old daughter, Carly. Their daughter Amy married Jim in November 2002 and have a 4 year old daughter, Gianna. In November of 2007 Jackie became a member of the Roselle Lions Club and enjoys helping out with their activities and fundraisers. Jackie is doing great in her Real Estate career and her clients just love her; she is always there for anything they need!

Karen Moersch - Realtor Karen Moersch joined us as a Realtor on August 1st, 2001. Karen is one of our 'Buyer Specialists'. She has worked at Re/Max Central for most of the last 13 years, (the agent she used to be with left and went to another company for a short time, but then missed us and came back!) Karen, and her husband Matt have lived in Schaumburg for over 31 years. Amanda, her youngest daughter currently attends Western Illinois University. Her son Paul, and future daughter-in-law Nicole, both teach in Schaumburg's Elementary School District 54. Her oldest daughter Christie, a High School Special Ed teacher, and son-in-law Shawn, make their home close by in Lake In The Hills. Karen has witnessed first hand the development of the Schaumburg area and its surrounding suburbs. She prides herself in her knowledge of schools, neighborhoods and community! Although Karen is a "Buyer Specialist," she is a "Full Service Realtor" that can meet all of your Real Estate needs. Karen has been a licensed Realtor since January, 1999 and has been a great addition to our "family!"
Hiring them to work with me was the best thing I ever did! It enables me to be in three places at once! The best part is that between the three of us someone is always available for you, our client! We know who Number One is…you! Susan and her partners, Karen & Jackie, were all recognized at the Re/Max of Northern Illinois Banquet for Exemplary Customer Service and sales in excess of $28 million in Real Estate for 2002!

First Time Buyers >A Great Opportunity
Home ownership may seem like "the impossible dream" to first-time buyers who have to stretch in order to purchase their first home. Many younger buyers can afford the monthly mortgage payments, but may have to get creative to cover the down payment and closing costs.
Contact a real estate professional if you are thinking about buying your first home. For those whose funds are limited, there may be possibilities you have not considered, such as local or federal loan programs that can help get you moved into your new home. There are many flexible new mortgage loans available to first-time buyers. Sellers are sometimes willing to extend a small loan to help cover closing costs in order to complete the sale.
You can also consider the many housing options available. There are beautiful condominiums and townhouses with desirable amenities and prices that are designed to appeal to first-time buyers who cannot yet afford a single-family detached home.
