As a top Realtor, I do not work alone! I have a whole team of people working in your best interests. Meet my team. In the year 2001 I decided to stretch my wings and take on two partners. Jackie Fiorillo - Realtor Jackie Fiorillo worked as my Administrative Assistant for 3 years and started working with me as a Realtor on February 1st, 2001. Jackie works as part of the Camiliere Team as a Buyer's Specialist. She has worked at Re/Max Central as Administrative Assistant for a total of 25 years (with 2 years off and working at a mortgage company). Jackie and her husband Rich have lived in Streamwood for the past 28 years. Their son Jim married Kathie in June 2000 and have a 3 year old son, Joseph and a 8 month old daughter, Nina. Their daughter Amy married Jim in November 2002 and have a 16 month old daughter, Gianna. Jackie is doing great in her Real Estate career and her clients just love her; she is always there for anything they need!

Karen Moersch - Realtor Karen Moersch joined us as a Realtor on August 1st, 2001. Karen is one of our 'Buyer Specialists'. She has worked at Re/Max Central for most of the last 13 years, (the agent she used to be with left and went to another company for a short time, but then missed us and came back!) Karen, her husband Matt and youngest daughter Amanda, a student at James B. Conant High School, have lived in Schaumburg for over 28 years. Her son Paul, a senior, attends college in Michigan. Her older daughter Christie, a High School teacher, and son-in-law Shawn recently relocated back to the northwest suburbs. Karen has witnessed first hand the development of the Schaumburg area and its surrounding suburbs. She prides herself in her knowledge of schools, neighborhoods and community! Although Karen is a "Buyer Specialist," she is a "Full Service Realtor" that can meet all of your Real Estate needs. Karen has been a licensed Realtor since January, 1999 and has been a great addition to our "family!"
Hiring them to work with me was the best thing I ever did! It enables me to be in three places at once! The best part is that between the three of us someone is always available for you, our client! We know who Number One is…you! Susan and her partners, Karen & Jackie, were all recognized at the Re/Max of Northern Illinois Banquet for Exemplary Customer Service and sales in excess of $28 million in Real Estate for 2002!

First Time Buyers >A Matter of Timing
Buying real estate can sometimes involve tricky timing. For example, you may have found the perfect house and are thinking about making an offer, but are feeling pressured to make a decision just when you want time to consider the matter. The agent tells you that another party is thinking about making an offer, so you shouldn't hesitate if you really want the house. What should you do? Trust your agent!
It is natural to feel some pressure from even the most easy-going real estate agent--and some uncertainty about making an offer. If you really like a house, there is always the possibility that someone else will share your enthusiasm for it. Whether your local market is active or sluggish, it is sensible to assume that another offer is likely to come in. Perhaps you can afford to "sleep on it", but moving as quickly as possible will minimize the possibility that the house will go to another buyer.
